Why is afternoon tea more expensive over this period?
During the Festive season our Culinary Team create a truly memorable Festive experience. We will also have wonderful decorations as well as entertainment.

Can I use a voucher towards this experience?
Yes, if your voucher was purchased before September 2023. However, a festive surcharge on top of the voucher must be settled on the day.

Is prepayment required at the booking stage?
Not for Afternoon Tea. Credit card details are required in order to secure the reservation.
For Christmas Day lunch/dinner, prepayment is required.

Is Champagne included?
Champagne is not included, however, it can be added on to enhance your experience!

How much is Afternoon Tea per guest?
Traditional Afternoon Tea is £90 per person and £105 per person for Champagne Afternoon Tea.

What is the difference between Traditional Afternoon Tea and High Tea?
High tea includes a main course.

Do I need to choose my menu at the time of booking?
No, you do not need to choose your menu.

Do you offer gluten-free Afternoon Tea?
Yes, we do!

Is your menu Halal?
Our Afternoon Tea is generally halal, however, some inclusions are not. Please make a note in your booking that you require a Halal Afternoon Tea and our Chefs will accommodate it.

What dietary requirements can you accommodate?
We do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, however, please inform our team at the time of booking.

Do you offer a Children’s Afternoon Tea?
Yes, we do.
How many guests can be seated at a table?
We can seat up to six people in Thames Foyer. For groups larger than six, we have a selection of fabulous private dining spaces. Please contact our events team for more details – svy.events@fairmont.com
